David spent eighteen successful years in IBM sales, sales management, professional skills training and general business management. Here he served some of IBM's most demanding clients - in government, academic and research establishments, as well as some "blue chip" high street retail names. After ten years "in the field", David joined the IBM Business School. He ran part of the UK sales training programme and, while there, studied marketing theory with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

A finalist as Sales Trainer of the Year in the National Sales Awards, David instigated and co-authored a global sales training programme for the IBM Corporation. He took personal ownership for educating the world-wide team of trainers, who delivered the global programmes. David has also consulted for and trained numerous of IBM's clients in Sales, Marketing and Management Development.

Now, a founder and director of Oroza, David consults, writes, teaches and coaches for a wide spectrum of commercial and public sector clients.

Following a successful twelve year career in sales and marketing in IBM, Debi joined the staff of the IBM Business School in the UK bringing her expertise in sales and coaching. She developed leadership skills programmes, and trained over 500 managers and senior professionals. Debi has spent the past four years working as a consultant on assignments in Europe, Australia and the Middle East.

Debi's approach in maximizing personal effectiveness is underpinned by her qualifications and skills in psychometrics, communications and counselling. She has worked with business leaders, managers and their teams to execute needs analyses and to help them develop the necessary skills to achieve both business and personal goals. Debi has also advised both commercial and public sector organisations on the evaluation, recruitment and training of specialist staff.

A founder member of Oroza, Debi is a skilled and highly regarded teacher. She consults, coaches and mentors for individual effectiveness and the fulfillment of potential within organizations.

Ian joined IBM UK as a salesman of telecommunications equipment, selling to major public sector clients, nationalised industries and local authorities. Ian then moved to sales management, supporting IBM business partners in the city of London.

In a central staff appointment, Ian led several UK product launches of combined voice and data products. With overall budget responsibility, he was the UK campaign manager for the Personal Computer group where he devised and ran national sales campaigns to small and medium enterprises.

Ian joined the IBM Business School in the UK as a sales trainer and ran courses, for ten years, all over the IBM world. Ian, a keen rugby player, has a reputation as the team player; a teacher who knows the "highs and lows" of selling, who can coach, encourage and inspire his students to continually improve their performance, and enjoy their jobs.

Ian has consulted for, and taught many of IBM's customers, who have used sales training as part of their own business transformation. Now, a founder of Oroza, Ian consults, writes, teaches and coaches for the IT industry.

Having joined IBM as a Business Controls analyst, Sue moved into hardware sales, supporting a number of IBM's major accounts. After several successful years "on quota", Sue moved to manage a team of professionals responsible for the country-wide marketing of IBM's flagship mid-range server, the AS/400. In this role Sue designed and executed successful marketing campaigns both internally, to IBM's sales force and externally, to IBM's clients.

Sue joined the IBM Business School in order to share her considerable skills and experience. She designed and delivered courses to improve the effectiveness of IBM's sales force and, subsequently, to train the sales forces of major IBM clients. She is a highly regarded teacher and a popular classroom practitioner.

Sue is now a freelance professional, as a consultant and a trainer of effective selling skills. She has worked with a wide spectrum of commercial clients, including IBM, Royal London Insurance, Nokia, Sony and British Airways. A founder of Oroza, Sue is a skilled and effective teacher, facilitator and coach across all the disciplines of client-facing professionals.
